Description
$2,995 – Saturday rentals get access starting at 9:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed. Events go until 10:00 PM, plus an additional two hours post event for cleanup (until 12:00 AM), unless time is added. All rates include the use of the parking lots, catering kitchen and large banquet room, plus the below rental items:
- The capacity of 250 seated at round tables and 299 with a cocktail seating style set up.
- 10 round reclaimed wood tables
- 100 white chiavari chairs
- 2 movable reclaimed wood bars
- 3 wooden banquet tables
- Get Ready Area
- Catering Prep Kitchen
